Warranty Policy

All automotive lighting products purchased from Optic AutoHaus include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturing defects.
• Internal component failures.
• LED or lighting issues caused by product faults under normal usage.
• Product performance issues caused by factory defects.
• Water or moisture damage.

Warranty Period:

All products are covered by a 12 Months Warranty from the purchase date.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Damage caused by accidents, impact, or external factors
• Electrical issues caused by incorrect wiring or voltage problems
• Product modifications or alterations
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claim Process:

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Pay a $100 Deductible.
• Order number 
• Proof of purchase
• Clear images/videos showing the issue.
• Send the original part back to Optic AutoHaus.

After inspection, approved warranty claims may be repaired, replaced, or resolved with a suitable solution.
